Refund policy

1,In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from E-ride.shop, which can be obtained by completing this request form. Any Products sent back to us by you without the written consent of E-ride.shop shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.


2,Free returns within thirty (30) days of delivery.


To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact E-ride.shop within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ebike. The ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, accessions, hardware, etc.). You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from E-ride.shop. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) days of the delivery date.


3,How do I return or exchange a purchase?


We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from E-Ride.shop.co for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase.


Return shipping is not covered or reimbursed.


If you received an order that was incomplete, incorrect or damaged during shipping, please contact us for resolution.


Return Process

Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.


Carefully pack and ship your item to us in new, unused condition, complete with the original box, Owner’s Manual and warranty card within 14 calendar days of receiving your Return Authorization for a full refund.


If your return is not complete or arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, your return may not be accepted, or you may not receive a full refund.


Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, within 7 days of receiving the return.


We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization on the outside of the package.

We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.

We are not responsible for lost packages.
